Vision :

* Within the framework of Egypt's strategic plan for 2052, which is currently implemented by the State and looks forward to its completion in all developmental sectors, especially the tourism sector.

* The project (a tourist center for the rehabilitation and hospitalization of war casualties) is the first phase of the heritage city project which is planned to be built on the land of the new city of El-Alamein.

Project design principles : 

First : the provision of health care, hospitalization and physical and psychological rehabilitation to victims of civil wars, mines or terrorist attacks in a new type of health center where health care and social life meet to provide an inspiring environment to help patients recover and return to normal health and psychological conditions.

Second : To commemorate the victims of war and terrorism by designing a monument to revive humanity in the world and to embody the spirit of peace on the land of all the countries of the world plagued by intellectual terrorism and civil wars.

Third : The design of a museum for the new city of El Alamein tells a part of the history of the Second World War which took place on the land of El Alamein, and includes halls for conferences and exhibitions.
